Street Art, Phuket Town
Street Art in Phuket Town
This old town of Phuket in which I like to walk... each time more welcoming and nothing to do with Patong. Here, no overflow, no excess, it's quiet, it's welcoming, it's just pleasant........
Tourists, cameras or smartphones constantly in hand languidly walk on the shaded sidewalks of Thalang Road, Krabi Road or Soi Romanee........
It is by seeing a report made in bangkok on this particular Art that I like, that the idea came to me to collect the few photos of labels taken in recent years in Phuket...
Soon...... I will go to Bangkok to bring back a lot of street art pics... to present these sometimes incredible works here as well.
In the meantime, we are in Phuket..........
I begin with this first realization of Noe Two who was one of the first "graffiti" to appear on a large wall of Phuket in the Soi Romanee. How many times have I contemplated, admired, photographed it... Since then, the colourful young girl has disappeared: the sun, rain and tropical climate of the region have swept her away.
Another work has taken its place since... it's like that, it's life....

I am only discovering today that this artist is French !
Noé Two is an artist born in 1974, originally from Paris. He grew up a stone's throw from the wasteland of the Chapel, the theatre where the Graffiti movement was born in France. He is a member of a collective that will leave its mark on the history of the French school: RAW (Real Authentik Writa).
Noah Two chose his artist name in reference to the Biblical Noah. Like the ark that houses all the animals, his work covers different areas
graphic and pictorial approaches in original compositions.
In activity since the end of the eighties, he is one of the emblematic figures of French Graffiti, and one of the most complete artists
of his generation. His art is displayed on frescoes and canvases. But also in the field of graphic creation: 3D modeling, photographic and video editing.
A skilled artist, he pushes the limits of realistic spray painting. Its impressive use and mastery evoke striking portraits of realism on supports such as the wall and canvas. In recent years, Noé Two has abandoned this style to explore other possibilities. He works on a less realistic and more abstract interpretation with a very graphic composition. His works are constructed by a play of forms, curves and colours that respond to each other. His Graffiti plays with the perception of pre-established codes and rules.
