Rawai at Low Tide

Stranded boats at low tide...

Rawai Beach.... November 2018: We are almost at the beginning of a new "High Season"..... the wind has changed direction, it no longer comes from the southwest but rather from the East which is already a good sign.

My favourite time to stroll around Rawai Beach is in the late afternoon, around 4pm with a low tide allowing a nice stroll in the middle of the stranded boats.

Some tourists come back from a trip to a nearby island and walk the last few meters to reach the shore, children play in the puddles, locals look for some crabs in the sand or boat owners do small maintenance...
Very calm, very relaxing walks during which I like to bring back some shots....
