Our Homestay


Our villa is located in Rawai, 1.5 km from the Chalong pier.

The lane leading to our villa is a dead end street with no traffic.

We offer you a newly furnished, cosy room with a small adjoining outdoor living room to spend some quality time.

Access to the pool is very easy at any time of the day or night.

Breakfast is included in the price and will be served from 7 am.

The small outdoor lounge is very pleasant to live in
The water in the pool is only slightly salty (4g/litre), which is 10 times less than sea water. 
No smell of chlorine, no chemical products.
The water temperature in high season (January to May) is about 32 to 34°C (the sea is 28°C)

Rates 2023

From January until end of April 2023 

 Length of stay in our Guest Room and Cancellation Conditions

In the first instance, we limit the duration of the stay to 12 days. 
During a stay an extension can be considered depending on availability.

In case of direct booking (on our website rainier-rawai.com), a deposit of 50% will be requested at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.

  • Payment methods: Paypal or Wise or Bank Transfer
  • Cancellation: Refunds are possible if cancelled 1 week before the start of your stay. The refund will be made on the basis of the actual amount received in THB on our Thai bank account (Siam Commercial Bank Rawai). Any international transfer fees will be charged to the client.
