Bang Tao Beach

Bang Tao Beach is another beach in Phuket where it is nice to have a nice day.
Located north of Patong and Kamala, access is a little more complicated in the sense that this beach is not located along the main road 4225....

Arriving from Kamala, (map at the end of the article) leave Route 4225 at Surin Beach and take the small secondary road "Hat Surin 8" which will take you to Bang Tao Beach after a short kilometre.

Crossing a small bridge marking the beginning of Bang Tao Beach, you will first see the fishing boats that are all gathered there.

This is the most "typical" part of Bang Tao, where I like to go for a walk to photograph some boats and other fishermen.

If you arrive on the other side.... at the exit of Cherng Talay, take the Bang Tao 2 self easy to spot thanks to the Tesco Lotus supermarket...
